1. Institutional Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website and digital services of Hi-Fly Social Foundation (a registered non-profit organization under the Indian Societies Act and NITI Aayog NGO Darpan), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Tax Exemption & Donations

• Donations made to Hi-Fly Social Foundation are eligible for 50% tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
• An official digital receipt with Section 80G registration number and QR verification code is automatically issued upon successful completion of payment.
• Donors must furnish their valid PAN card number at the time of contribution to claim income tax deductions under Government of India guidelines.
• All contributions are allocated transparently towards humanitarian relief, child education, healthcare camps, and women empowerment.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Donations represent voluntary charitable contributions for humanitarian causes. As such, donations are generally non-refundable. However, in cases of inadvertent technical duplicates or payment gateway errors, a refund request may be submitted within 7 working days with transaction proofs to refund@hiflyfoundation.org.

4. Membership & Volunteer Code of Conduct

Registered members, coordinators, and volunteers must uphold the non-political, secular, and humanitarian ethics of Hi-Fly Social Foundation. Misuse of official letterheads, ID cards, or foundation credentials for personal or unlawful activities will result in immediate revocation of credentials and legal recourse under applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property & Brand Usage

The name 'Hi-Fly Social Foundation', its crest logo, mission materials, and media assets are protected non-profit assets. Reproduction or unauthorized use without written consent from the Executive Board is strictly prohibited.

6. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising in connection with the operations or digital portal of Hi-Fly Social Foundation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
